Staff are inherently rude and ignorant. Their response to dealing with a complaint is to hang up the phone and refuse to talk. Tremendous lack of respect towards customers and blatantly unaware of consumer’s rights. Stay away.

The largest antiques centre in York with hundreds of cabinets. Lots of choice for any antiques collector. Staff very helpful but were very busy. Molly's Cafe was excellent with a great Bacon sarnie and decent cup of tea! You can spend hours in there!
