I took my 7 year old grandson during half term and he absolutely loved it. Karl did our guided tour and he was really knowledgeable and made it all really interesting. My grandson wasn’t bored with any of it. It was very interactive and lots...More

Worth a visit when in York. £12.50 entry fee but you get a few samples and our guide, Pedro was excellent.

I had spoken to a very helpful gentleman over the telephone yesterday after I heard on the radio that York residents can visit and save a third every day in November, the gentleman confirmed this to be correct. I visited in person today and mentioned...More

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that our customer service did not meet our usual high standards on this occasion. All our staff were briefed on the residents offer we have on in November, so I can only apologise for this...More

Staff were in the main really good, knowledgeable and friendly. One or two free samples. More would have been better. A wee treat to create your own lolly. Value was ok. Loos stinky.

This attraction is very expensive for what you get. The tour lasts for one hour and it literally is listening to a guide talking about the history of chocolate, whilst taking you around different rooms! Within these rooms you don’t see any chocolate being made,...More

A really interesting trip through York’s history and links to chocolate! Even better though...... freebies, and they even cater for allergies too, I am dairy free and was still able to sample along the way! Great experience!

From start to finish our guide Stephen was brilliant! He spoke clearly, answered any questions without hesitation, was very informative & entertaining! The lollipop making was great fun, mine was a bit of a disaster but still tasted delicious! The only downside was the gift/chocolate...More

Per person. You don’t pay for the parking. Just pay the driver for a return ticket per person when you board.
