Very good selecition of shops with a range of prices. Our favourites are Paperchase, Pavers Oulet, M&S Oulet, Lindt, Cadbury and Hamleys however there are many more to chose from. At a weekend/ bank holiday weekend i would visit earlier if you don't like more crowded areas. The shopping centre is though spacious for everyone large areas to eat, lots... More

Always busy and car parking can be tricky so go early and try to avoid weekends. Plenty of shops and toilets. Food court with various outlets.

Although typical in terms of outlets the place is well laid out and under cover. Good idea to have some idea of what your after. Food court is pleasant on the first floor. Well maintained throughout.

I visit the outlet regularly and it good for a look around. Most of the designer stores have outlets here including the basics - M&S, The Gap etc! There are discounts on many products - Paperchase is always good! Always pop into the Swarovski outlet here and usually treat myself! There are restaurants and a food court upstairs which are... We generally use the Park -n- Ride from the designer outlet to get into York which we find to be a fast, reliable and cheap service. Buses run regularly and the car park is open until quite late so it's much handier than having to drive in to the city centre car parks. This last visit to York we popped... More

Arrived at 12.15 and at 1232 I am still in the queue when there were only four people in front of me. The staff are completely under trained in their roles. Wandering and more interested in the name being neatly written on the paper than being efficient. Now we have lost the 'good' pen! Yet another queue now for the... More

Very busy Bank holiday visit but plenty of car park spaces so parking not an issue. A few decent new shops have opened since our last visit which made it more interesting. Lots of bargains to be had as usual. Food court area very busy but plenty of seating and good choice of food outlets. Would definitely recommend.
