Great castle and history easy location to get to and near most tourist attractions. There is a robin hood experience near by.

Very good place to learn some intresting things. Amazing art and historic monuments. Will return with friends and family. Great experience!

Not bad but full of old stuff . Had a bit of a dated look about the place. Needs modernising and a good de-clutter.

Nottingham Castle is closed for renovations and doesn’t reopen until approx Summer 2020. check the Visit Nottingham website for updates before you travel.

We have recently explored the local area around Nottingham Castle. The Castle is currently closed for renovation, but the spirit of Robin Hood was still very much alive in the local area. I saw lots of visitors around the castle - we also relaxed nearby...More

The entrance fee is payable at the gate so you can’t enter the grounds without paying

hi sorry only seeing question now. yes it only takes an hour for the tour so you would have plenty of time.
