A lovely quirky pub, half embedded in caves, serving very good food and drink, if you can find a table - it seems to be constantly busy! Well worth a visit.

Found this pub whilst walking around the town ,found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, the food was to a very good standard and fairly priced would recommend a visit

I love it here . Around the castle. Food was top stuff and enjoyed a glass of wine too . Staff was friendly and happy to help . I will be visiting again

Lovely old traditional quaint pub/ restaurant. Very nice service and a great selection of drinks including from local breweries.

Always love coming here, great ale selection and the place is steeped in history. Staff are always friendly and the pub itself is brill. Love it!
