Disappointing as I thought we may have seen some lace being made or some exhibitions. The area could have more signs giving information seeing as how this was an important part of Nottinghams history

Eventually found this area but that's all it is. Come on Nottingham council this is a lost opportunity, so many visitors would like more information and the chance to see or buy some famous Nottingham lace.

When you think of Nottingham you think of lace. The Lace Market Centre sadly did not fulfil my expectations. I had imagined learning about the development of the lacemaking industry, maybe some displays or even working examples and perhaps a few shops to buy souvenir...More

This is a very confusing place. We wandered round and around looking for a centre but it's just an area. Mostly full of offices, some restaurants and a handful of shops. There is a pretty church with an unkempt churchyard. There is a very old...More

A lovely area! Great for the whole family to wander around and see the sights. Beautiful old buildings. Some areas are a little hilly so wear comfortable shoes.

Very pretty and interesting place; Nottingham lace is beautifully worked and not overpriced - that said it isn't 'cheap', but well worth the prices and experience.
