It's just a bridge... I mean its a bridge, and bridges aren't all that interesting- good for the duration of the walk over the bridge, very helpful for crossing the river

Due to the fact that the bridge is undergoing repairs it is covered in sheeting, however you can walk along the side looking in on the workmen, As you are up on a scaffolding walk way this will be the only time you can look...More

Although the bridge is being renovated this summer, it is still worthwhile to see. It is an impressive structure, even shrouded in scaffolding.

The Ironbridge is set in the beautiful Severn Gorge and is normally a great place to visit. At the moment it is undergoing major restoration work which is not due to finish until 2020
