This is a great little museum and art gallery. We didn't have time to look at everything - there is so much to see that you could spend a few hours there. I'm not usually interested in Roman history but there was a fascinating recorded...More

It's well worth visiting the (free) section of the museum, which deals primarily with the finds from the nearby Roman town of Wroxeter (Viriconium). There's a short video explaining the history of the site and the finds include a beautiful silver mirror. Apparently two thirds...More

We visited the 'Titanic' exhibition, which was excellent, giving insight into both how the tragedy happened & the lives of those on board. There are amazing permanent exhibitions too, showing how Shrewsbury was during medieval times.

Came in mainly to see the Titanic feature, very interesting and nicely set out. Overall a small and well put together museum, some lovely pieces throughout and generally had a nice atmosphere.

Enjoyed visiting museum and gallery. Very interesting, set over 3 floors. Also, cafe and gift shop on ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and great for £4.50 each.
