This is a most interesting place with a superb display of fashions from the 18th century. This was supplemented by fashions worn by recent Bristish queens and a showing of some relevant b/w film clips.
Well worth a visit.

It was well laid out and the 100 pieces were very good. Excellent explanation and description and it was so good to see the clothes. It does need more on men's fashion which also changed dramatically in the same period.
Excellent audio presentation, easy to hear and use. Mostly women's fashion, but some gentlemen's apparel as well. Fashion of High Society, including some personal pieces donated by the Royal family. On the hop on hop off bus tour.
Really enjoyed this exhibit i'm a sucker for vintage clothing so this really was enjoyable for me. Also came right up to modern runway pieces which where also nice to see. Not to long held my attention well
