I found this museum fascinating. Well worth a visit. My little boy fell asleep in the buggy going round which is most unlike him but meant we could look at the items for longer.

We visited this museum which was showing royal gowns from Victorian Days right up to date - the highlight that there was a room where there were a certain number of gowns hanging up whic you coul try on and take pictures - great fun....More

The only way to see the Assembly rooms is to pay to enter the museum. The rooms are dramatic and I can understand why this is one of the busiest wedding venues in the country. The fashion museum is really well laid out without trying...More

For a man of fashion this is the place. A find understanding of ladies garments, fastening of and under garments if any not to be missed, Right up to date with the Duchess of Sussex.

1.5-2 hours if you get there 10.30 ish you might be lucky to go on the free tour of the balconies in the assembly rooms. they have a royal family Expo on for 2018/19. well worth the visit. keep your attraction tickets, they... More

Just check their web site for this year's prices. You can buy a discounted ticket for the Fashion Museum, the Roman Baths and the Art Gallery.
