Been a few times now and have enjoyed each visit. However, it does get very busy even on a weekday and you cannot book just spa sessions without a treatment so you just have to wait in line. Quite expensive but having said all of...More

My partner surprised me with a trip here today on my 40th birthday. Unfortunately due to an accident we were running late rung as soon as they opened to let them know we would be delayed, only to be told there is nothing they could...More

Highlights were the heated roof top pool and the steam rooms. Nice perk being able to keep the flips flops at the end of the session. Sauna was disappointing as it doesn’t generate much heat or look very authentic. Spa entry was overpriced.

We had to queue for about 45 minutes on a sat late afternoon but once we were in it was a great experience.

A must see if your in Bath. Nice leisurely way to spend an afternoon. Don’t forget to pack your swimsuit but if you did they sell them there. Towels, robes and slippers provided. Great temperature but be prepared to wait a bit upon arrival.

My husband and I spent a delightful few hours relaxing and unwinding here during our recent visit to Bath. Both upper and lower level pools are good and the wellness suite is amazing. The steam rooms, ice room and showers are really invigorating. Towels and...More

This is such fabulous place to come for the wonderful, warm "healing" waters of Bath. The cafe serves delicious food, the treatments are first class, and all the amenities are fabulous! We love it. Another plus is that it has disabled access. My husband had...More

On a first visit this is a little difficult to navigate your way round the various rooms. Whilst the spa rooms (not treatment) were great and certainly relaxing, the pools did soon fill up which took away some of the pleasure. The changing facilities were...More

Yes, no water is deep enough to not being able to touch the floor. In one of the pools which is indoor, there is a slight current around the stand up jacuzzi but this current is very gentle.

The spa does not have a car park but there are several car parks not far away that serve the city centre shops.
