Went here in early June 2015, and loved the selection of beers and other items for sale. Came back the day after my first visit as they were having a special lunch event, and enjoyed a ploughmans' lunch type meal. Quality food and drink, and...More

This place would seem to be closed, empty inside and nothing on the door to indicate that it has moved. Very disappointing as I was given a voucher for a meal as a present here - which I think must have been issued shortly before...More

Very disappointing, Expected wider range of stock. One small room with limited stock. Good level of interest from one staff member in charge but nothing like the range inferred in previous reviews etc. Left feeling deflated and empty handed.

Atmospheric music over dinner created an ambiance to rival that of Harry Potter at Hogwarts. Food gave great insights into what the gentry were eating in medieval Bath. Drink was fine but dear. Cheers.

Interesting to look at the museumesque room and be told about the history and current abbeys. Lovely food and friendly staff, wouldn't feed a hungry person though!

Went today with two children aged 8 and 4. They had a lovely time doing brass rubbing, making lavender bags and wax candles and writing with a quill and ink. The activities took about an hour and someone was guiding them all the time and...More
