We went to Dunster beach, admittedly it was December and cloudy, but frankly I couldn’t see the attraction. Stony and muddy. I personally think Exmoor is about the walking not the beaches.

What a lovely spot! The beach is huge and a combination of both rocks and sand and is very clean with no rubbish. The sea was out when we arrived and a popular spot with dog walkers. On a good day you can see across...More

Lovely spot to fish from. Three generations of our family there together. Easy access, easy parking and facility to bbq. Toilets were ok as well. Plenty of rubbish bins and thankfully they were used as the place was rubbish free.

Taking a long weekend break at short notice we found ourselves here and had no regrets. A quiet complex with sea views in one direction and a beautiful lake, with bird life, in the other. Wake up in the morning and feed the ducks. If...More

We visited twice in 3 days. Pebble and sand beach which provided hours of fun for my 5 year old granddaughter. Lots of parking space which must be paid for. Clean loos to the far end of the car park. As you drive in there...More

This is much more of a quiet beach then others near by. Espically if you walk down a bit. Lovely rock pools to explore.
