A fantastic park for kids to be rewarded for letting their parents to enjoy the abbey. Elderly "children" can also relax here and gather energy for the next phase of sightseeing.

Just the place for children to let off steam! Plenty of space to run around plus the usual swings etc. Well back from the road which makes it safer. Nice place to sit for grown ups too, with lovely large and old trees.

A good place to set up and picnic while the children play. The toilets though are awful, really awful.

Enclosed fenced area fro smaller children with rubberised flooring. Lots of trees/shade for hotter days. Picnic tables available. In August used as a venue for a children's festival (paying); fantastic value and well worth a visit.
