Booked the santaland trip as a package deal for £140 , this included a night at the wookey hotel (separately reviewed). Overall it wasn't a bad deal but I think some things needed to be better thought out. In the hotel Santa visited at breakfast. He was a lovely well spoken man who the children instantly took to. He chatted... More

We booked this as a treat for our young kids. We stayed in the on-site hotel and then explored the entire Wookey Hole area. The santa-land part was great and really magical.

This was my little girls fist circus. And she loved it. I love the story that it's a school and there from the ages of 8 to 16 ( I was told ). The tricks they were doing at there age was fantastic, grate work. And my 3 year old has loves the clown. We will be back and can't... More

We visited Santaland on 23rd December there were 8 children & 4 adults in our party, everyone had a great day out, the food was very good at Captain Jacks restaurant and very reasonable priced. The 4 D cinema, Sleigh Ride, was great. The Circus Show was very good. Overall, well worth the money for a great day out.

We really enjoyed santaland. Organised brilliantly, didn't have to queue very much. The food was great. I like the fact we could take a photo on our own phones with Santa rather than having to buy one from there. Will go again.

When I paid £15 each at the gate, I was dubious as to what I was going to get for my money and whether I was paying for yet another dodgy Santa and a pound shop special pressie, as I had at numerous Christmas experiences before and whether I was yet again going to have 2 disappointed kids and an... Have been to the caves in the summer so we thought we would take the kids to see Santa in the winter. The caves were brilliant and the new chamber 20 had a wonderful welsh maiden in the winter throne. The lights in the caves were not tacky and made it very Christmassy. Santaland itself in the mill was good... More

I took my granddaughter to Wookey Hole Caves on Sunday and we had a great time - Winter Wonderland, Santa, Tour of the Caves, the Circus, Penny Arcade and much more! Would thoroughly recommend it.

Excellent Christmas outing on Saturday last with my family to Wookey Hole Santaland. A day full of activities and surprises for my two grandchildren, age 7 and 5. They were delighted with the wonders of Santa's Grotto, especially the polar bears and rabbits moving around in the snow. They had quite a lot of time with Santa and we got... More

We visited Wookey Hole expecting just to see caves and were wowed by what a great day out we had. Fantastic place!! A little expensive at £18 an adult and £12 for children but I have a kids pass so my daughter got in free. We loved it but the pricing could do with being revised a little, even tho... More
