You might expect a lot more for a City Centre Main Railway Station on a mainline from London to Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow, but though it is small it is efficient with good friendly, helpful staff and all the facilities you do need, Taxi rank...More

This place has terrible information for customers. The displays are misleading and the announcements poor. Do they ever review this from the perspective of an infrequent rail passenger...? I doubt it! They probably don’t care either. Ripoff merchants, like many.

Very nice building with nice friendly staff. Always on hand to help you when needed. Always very busy so arrive in plenty of time.

I have travelled by train a few times and a railway station is not on my list of notable sightseeing venues. The platforms are cold and (I think) lie in the path of prevailing winds. There is a coffee shop of note offering reasonably priced...More

Train tickets were cheaper than car if you book them via trainline.com. Staff at the Stoke on Trent station were very helpful sorting out my tickets I ordered on line & to which platform I would require.

Hi, Like others I am not sure but buses do leave from outside the station to hubs at Longton and Newcastle where you would need to change. Prebook a taxi is cheaper than the black cab rank - good advice Enjoy.
