The staff at this station are very polite and friendly.everyone had a smile and seemed to enjoy their job.small cafe and prices are very reasonable.traveled on virgin and train was on time.would use again.

i use this station quite a lot and its a lovely old little building.not far from town centre and easy access to all public transport.

Minor improvements mean to the coffee shop and overall station entrances have brought it up to date. Remains a challnge at peak times so allow plenty of time. Car Park recently gone from 8 to 12 pounds a day

My 16 year old daughter was travelling from Stoke to Stafford at 9pm on her own and there were problems on Tuesday evening with the lines to Stafford and the train was diverted to Birmingham which the passengers were informed about prior to leaving Stoke....More

Stokes rail station is an open location with good parking close by and reasonable facilities such as a available Virgin staff for advice, clear departure boards, cafe, 1st class lounge and wifi.

You get lots of train services from this station and they go to loads of diffferent places. Great and clean station, although in the cofffee shop they should really get stronger windows, as soon as a train pulls up they rattle and shake like crazy....More
