This ancient wood is easy to walk around and very beautiful. It is managed in a traditional way, so there are patches of sunlight and dark corners and easy paths.

Bradfield Woods is a very relaxing wood. Steeped in history, the woods are home to so much wildlife. Just sit and listen to the birds and wildlife around you and enjoy the peace. Heaven!

This is a great place to take the kids and the dogs and get away from the city. Dogs do have to be on leads but the paths make it worth it. Come here when the bluebells carpet the floor. They also have many different...More

There's not a large amount of ancient woodland in Suffolk but Bradfield woods is great example of what we're missing. The size of the woods might not be massive but the walks are well worked so that the space is maximized. As has been mentioned...More

No, it's free to park and get in. It's open 24/7, but is run by a charity so I'm sure donations are always welcomed!
