Great carp fishery in Dorking with a well stocked fishing tackle shop. Bury Hill have a good website with all the latest news. This is day ticket and is a very picturesque fishery. However the carp can be elusive. Good day out in early September.

Beautiful lakes and excellent facilities. I struck out today, but am heading back again tomorrow to try my luck. We will be renting a boat tomorrow to get to some of the harder to reach spots and maybe increase our luck

Bury Hill Fisheries are the benchmark by which all UK commercial course fisheries should be measured. Clean, and tidy surrounded by beautiful countryside and manicured lawns, Magnolia trees and hedgerows this fishery has everything (except a fish-able river frontage - but that's not their fault!)....More

Good day spent fishing. Nothing caught by either of us but still a good day. Hopefully when we visit again I will have more to report.

Conditions weren't great but at least no rain. We got some helpful hints from the tackle shop but murky water made this a very tough day. One zander was landed. For breakfast we arrived at the 'cafe' and were greeted by a kindly gentleman who...More
