We visited Box Hill on a Friday afternoon. Wide open spaces and a small cafeteria to quench your thirst. Just for walks and the be out in the open. Beautiful views of the surrounding area. Be prepared to walk and enjoy when you are there.

Was in the area so we decided to stop by here for a quick lunch. There's a reasonable seelction of food and drinks, bearing in mind this is a cafe not a restaurant. It was a cold day so I opted for the tuscan bean...More

Was a bit wet and muddy when we went, but plenty to see, and Views for Miles. Enjoyed the outlook and went for a short walk while here.

Informal place to meet, perfect for a Sunday afternoon. Tends to get very busy with London visitors these days however. Basic National Trust cafe and cake shop and NT gift shop. Good look out across Surrey from uppermost point.

Since I am not particularly fond of crowds I tend to stay in the lower regions of the area. It's very restful along the Mole and you can have a picnic and a stroll in relative peace and quiet. The hill itself looks better to...More

Have been coming back here since I was a child - it is just magnetic whether its the scenery, walks or fresh air - just love it. Cyclists can be a bit of a pain but parking good and views on a clear day exceptional
