Visited during the Easter holidays with a 11 and 16 year old. They loved it. We did all the planaterium shows and the 4d ride was great fun. Everything is free once you pay your admission fee and the queues for the different attractions weren't bad at all. Interactive games are really interesting. Make sure you have 3 to 4... More

When reading up on the centre, we expected for there to be a larger number of exhibits than were present, and for there to be a greater range of information available for review. However, on arrival, we found that the exhibition is definitely aimed more at children than adults, so for us the centre was a bit of a let... More

We spent a couple of hours at The Life Centre this morning. We have visited several times in the past and our kids, aged 9&8, specifically asked to return. We enjoyed the brain exhibit, the chocolate making class and the 4d ride. The lego exhibit was interesting too but we weren't really visiting for long so we didn't get to... More

Family ticket £25, pretty good as everything included in the price. Recommend booking in to chocolate workshop. Lego area great for boys. Science investigation area good for children aged 7-13. Definitely manage to fill a few hours here. Cafe ok, food pretty tasteless though.

Went for the Lego exhibition but didn't benefit from the other attractions as it was very busy with School groups despite trying to avoid half term and Easter holidays. Cafe was very busy with long queues and not much seating. Lego was very good but expensive for what we got out of it having to pay full entry fee. Easy... More

Took the kids here (aged 2 and 7) whilst we did enjoy the visit it wasn't quite as good as we expected. The attractions were quite busy and some of the experiments weren't as easy to navigate as we thought they would be. The planetarium was amazing the ceiling screen brings it to life. The cafe and gift shop were... More

Houses an excellent planetarium, great particularly for kids and science buffs. Will easily require a few hours.
