Laing is simply put, brilliant! The permanent exhibition is free and worth seeing while they always host some really interesting guest ones! You should definitely pop in if you are visiting Newcastle!

We went for the Quentin Blake exhibition which is fabulous and huge fun. The rest of the gallery of permanent exhibits is locally focused, but nothing stunning. Great little café. But, it's worth supporting institutions like this or else we might lose them.
