Been to St. James Park countless times but this is the first time I've been on the stadium tour. A real eye opener to see the corporate & private boxes and the costs involved to hire them. Our guide, Carol, was very informative, friendly and funny with it. Job well done. Interesting to see the workings of the club and... More

Match day service is appalling! So slow, not serving in order and disinterested in the people waiting. When you do get served it's ok bit for a sporting venue when time is of the essence (especially at half time) you would think they would have a better sense of urgency.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. You could tell he was a very proud fan doing an amazing job. The fact it was a few... More
