Managed to sample a few beers I've never seen before. Great vibe within the place. Seems to be one of the places to visit on a night out. Enjoyed!

I found Tilleys bar whilst on business in Newcastle. The outside is quite unpresuming; however the interior is open and inviting. There was an excellent selection of craft beers available on the pumps and in bottles. All of the beer that I saw poured, and...More

Tilleys Bar is excellent traditional pub next to Tyne Theatre. Large ranges of real ales (always in top condition) , craft keg beers and bottled/canned beers. Great atmosphere, lovely staff. Nice decor.

I popped in for a pint after a trip to the shops. It's a really nice bar with a lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful when choosing an ale. Well priced. A great find.

The website announces on its home page that there's a 20p per pint discount for card-carrying CAMRA members. And there's even another page on the website announcing the offer. But there isn't, and don't try arguing with the staff about it. You'll get short shrift...More
