Would recommend booking with 02 priority as there are 2 queues. 02 priority ticket holders are allowed in first. Seating tickets are free for all so you take a chance at getting a decent seat (all on balcony). Be prepared to climb a mountain of stairs. There is a small lift. Seats are small, floor very sticky. Plenty of bars... More

First time here to watch Kula Shaker who were absolutely class, but this review is all about the venue, this place could be absolutely fantastic, but it's run down, and it stinks of urine, the pints of lager were a disgrace, when you're paying full bat for a pint, you expect it to be half decent at least, I had... the concert started at 8.30pm and finished at 9.38pm - very disappointing.. Sound was very poor must be due to the poor acoustics of the venue. bar prices were expensive, service was fine, the temperature was unbearable - it was December and felt like it was the middle of summer - my wife had to leave half way through to... I,ve been many many times to the 02, and to be totally honest i have seen some brilliant bands, put on great shows. The venue itself is a different story it has become a dirty unhygeneic rip off joint. I visited recently to see the Pixies who where BRILL,but the whole venue stunk off stale pee and curry, add this to huge ques... More

We went for Jack Savoretti gig, he was awesome as always, but that's the only positive. Drinks expensive, although didn't wait long to be served. Queued with e tickets, only to be told we had to queue again at box office for paper tickets. Sound was very poor, struggled at some points to hear. But the worst by far was... More

First visit to the O2 for a Lumineers Concert, which was a superb band to see live. The venue is good, with it not being too big that you get a great view of the stage from anywhere. It is standing downstairs and as we were there with our teenage children, had bought tickets in the upstairs balcony. This was... More

The lumineers were excellent- with great sound and atmosphere. The drinks (only soft) were on the expensive side. Also completely unknown why but even though doors opened at 6.30pm (stated on ticket)- kept in long queue outside venue until 7pm.

Went as part of a group to see UB40. Entry efficient with security ok. Venue is previous cinema and bingo hall with open floor area then balcony and an area below. "Support was a DJ and towards rear of downstairs it was impossible to understand what he was saying. Moved to the floor area, both sides and middle, front and... More

Been here twice to see NOFX and Eagles of Death Metal. Both gigs I had a great time, sound was excellent both times and security good/nice. Signs up all over saying crowd surfers would be removed from venue but both times there were loads of people doing it, at the NOFX gig in particular and it was no problem. The... More
