Although the walkway is on the narrow side (if you stop you will need to stand tight in and it can be noisy as roadway is close by) a stroll over this historic bridge (or the nearby Tramway?) will reward you. Besides views up and...More

Bridge over the river as you enter Stratford, the views of the river are good. It is a pretty bridge with 14 odd arches.

This bridge is so really well built. I don't think that many people appreciate the construction. It is wonderful. The views from the bridge are superb. A must see when in town.

OK, originally built in the 14th Century, but significatly modified. Interesting - but far from unique - architecture.

Worth a walk across the old bridge to see a toll house - the bridge takes you across to car parking, grass areas, crazy golf and other bridges brings you back into town. All minutes away from town centre

Stood on the footbridge and watched the world go buy with boats, & canoes frequently going below you. Some lovely views and worth a stop

Strolling around here is worth it, so peaceful and a photo moment everywhere you turn. The swans are always a delight to see floating by

A beautiful old bridge built in 1486, with 14 pointed arches, built where the river was forded in Saxon times. It still carries the main road over the River Avon in the centre of Stratford. A ten-sided toll-house was added in 1814. Great photos can...More

While walking around the Avon River area, I spotted this wonderful bridge, right in front the Nature Preserve. It's curving arches and sturdy structure is a result of ancient Roman building techniques. I just had to take some photos of this bridge, because it was...More

Worth a visit at night to experience the artistic design put into the bridge through the use of colourful lighting, constantly changing.

It's old, and it's a busy traffic bridge. I find it an interesting backdrop for pictures I took of boats and swans. I drive over it. I walked over it. I photographed it.
