Dear Hakan, we really find these fake reviews very 'tiring' ourselves too. Even the deliberate bad spelling and grammar does not hide the flaws in you 'story' such as you how managed to see 'plastic' and 'cables' everywhere in a 400 year old historic building...More

This is a lovely little attraction more suited to older children and adults. It is very educational with plenty of reading in each room explaining to exhibits. They have even managed to recreate the smells from the era. Would come back again but wouldnt bring...More

A small independently run place. Easily worth the entrance fee. Plenty of information as you wander through. Made a nice change from the overtly impersonal other attractions in the area. We enjoyed it.

Our visit was made during the morning. The building seemed to have just opened and the video area was open but not working and needed two people to get it working. The whole house needs some money spent on it to make it even reasonable...More

Thank you for your review. As you so rightly point out, we are a small unfunded museum that pour all its money into the historic property, whilst only charging a nominal entry fee. We certainly cannot hope to compete with properties such as the RSC,...More

This attraction is well worth a visit and is priced very reasonably. It is great for educational school trips. There was a group of school children visiting while I was there and it was clear they were enjoying themselves. I got chatting to one of...More

My seven and nine year old didn't really want to go here, but the sarcastic FAQ sign and the stone outside won my nine year old over before we entered the building. My seven year old loved the man at the desk. We had a...More

Worths a visit. It offers a glimpse in medieval period with furnitures, figures, interesting information and even smells! Here and there they offer a smelling experience of how the ships were smelling, or the market, or a tavern or even the plague! And eventually I...More

I came across this whilst perusing restaurants in Stratford upon Avon. It is a very old ( probably Tudor) house which has been converted into a museum. The facade is original, I think that inside, the place has been renovated. It was slightly disappointing that...More

It was a cold stormy night, rain pouring down, the night drawing in..... ok they had no control over that but it certainly added to the atmosphere. We started out front the building, where we met out guide Kingsley. Once inside we were guided round...More

To be honest its fine for any age, my daughter is 9, I'm in my 40's and there was a 60 + 70 year old. It's only small and you can make it as fun or serious as you want. I wouldn't say it was frightening at all.
