Imagine a totally electrifying day out at Britain’s ultimate castle. Where you can immerse yourself in a thousand years of jaw-dropping history – come rain or shine.Where ancient myths and spell-binding tales set your imagination alight, and your hair on end. Where princesses are pampered and maidens are wooed, as winners become true heroes and losers are confined to dark, dank dungeons to be forgotten for eternity. It could only be Warwick Castle.

Excellent visit to Warwick Castle yesterday and this morning visiting the gaol/jail, dungeons, towers and ramparts, great hall and state rooms, mill and engine house and the excellent Horrible Histories maze. We saw the Trebuchet Fireball/catapult launch, eagles and buzzards display and the Bowman/archer show. First day arrived at 11 and was surprised to find it closed at 4pm so... More

Came here 24/02/17 And it was amazing. I've never been before so thought we would try it out, we it was brilliant, the shows they put on were very good, the archery show we thought was the best, and the archer himself was brilliant with crowd and was very interactive, we are at the pizza and pasta buffet and the... Have been here numerous times before but visited again last Saturday with friends who had never been before. Since we last went they now have a new 'Castle Dungeon' experience which we opted to 'give a go'! Wow, oh wow, it was brilliant, excellent and fantastic! Had such a great time. Although we enjoyed all aspects of the castle I... More

This was wonderful from the archer, the trebuchet, the birds of prey show, the gardens filled with beautiful peacocks and ducks and then just walking through the castle. We also did the dungeon tour which really is for kids 10 and up. PEOPLE, if they say 10 and up they are serious. Your kid being scared to death is unpleasant... More

We were looking for something to enjoy as an older family, interested in History therefore we thought Warwick Castle would be perfect. We booked our tickets and then parked in the Stables car park, which was surprisingly easy to find. Beware - there is a £10 fee for this car park. After a bit of a wander around, we were... More

I felt it was difficult to make sense of the place. it is very beautiful and the setting is spectacular however it is now displayed more as a stately home and the working castle aspect is played down. Children are enticed to buy swords but the experience is limited for adults. More could be made of the Neville connection and... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review babeth1. We’re disappointed to read that you did not enjoy your recent visit to Warwick Castle and felt that some of the Norman heritage of the castle has not been emphasised much however, as a working castle and fortress Warwick Castle has been attacked and damaged many times over history... We booked in advance to save money. But it is still just over £50 for a family of 4. Our children are 4 and 5 and we're very excited to climb the tower but you Couldn't get to the top due to restoration work. That was a shame. The castle had fun buts where the kids could explore and the... More

This was a lovely day, lots to do for all ages! Bird show, and actors were very interactive and welcoming. We nearly missed a few areas, so maybe more signs needed, make sure you have seen evertything.
