Great facilities for conferencing, well run and easy to navigate. This hasn't changed in all the many years I have been attending conferences here - even some of the staff are the same !

Once the epitome of 'modern' the ICC has become a bit dated and - for most people - just a pathway between centenary square and Brindley Place. It's OK for conferences and exhibitons, but it's main attraction (in my opinion) is location.

It's a great venue but security gone mad! To take make you throw sweets and water in bins so they can rip you off when in the venue is ridiculous! £1.90 for a small bottle of water, unbelievable! There should be laws and regulations to...More

The conference centre shares its building with the Birmingham Symphony Hall and there are ground floor shops and restaurants which serve both...More

Second time I've been to a Conference here and well worth it. The staff were helpful and the toilets are clean and facilities very useful.

The staff helped make our event run very smoothly. The only downside was when our table was cleared of all our glasses, including those containing drinks - however, this was quickly rectified when we complained.
