My first visit. Great music, and staff. Impressive theatre, I’ll be back, on the 22nd hopefully. I appreciated being in an audience that appreciates music.

We watched Clare Bowen in concert. The staff where all very friendly and helpful. The seating area is very comfortable. There is a bar on each level so no big queues for refreshments.

The best music venue in Birmingham. The Arena and NEC are both steel sheds in comparison with this designed hall. Brilliant sound quality.

To be honest I don’t think there would be a bad seat. The way the seats are positioned you can see the stage. We were opposite the stage and could see everything. I hope this helps - enjoy
