Visited recently for Neil Diamond concert. Travelled by Midland Metro to Grand Central Birmingham and a 15 minute walk to Arena Birmingham. Ideal. Visited Brindley Place next door to eat beforehand, as food prices in Arena are quite expensive and people sitting on floor to...More

Best to arrive by train or bus. Parking is difficult. If you are planning on eating before a show anywhere near (Brindley place/Broad Street) be sure to book ahead. Otherwise head to Bullring. Loads of places. Whatever you do, leave at least an hour to...More

We struggled to find the way in but once inside it was easy to navigate to our seats. The staff were helpful and seemed to know what they were doing. There were plenty of ladies loos, didnt have to queue once.

As other reviewers we weren’t impressed with the late start of Neil Diamond’s show or the fact the doors weren’t opened until 6:30 when we’d been told 6 for the doors to open and 7:30 for the show to start. We were sitting in the...More

For 99 pounds a ticket, we found ourselves seated in the upper tiers of block one, where the video screens, which are an integral part of a Neil Diamond concert, were hardly visible. It was a disgrace. We came from Brussels and were deeply disappointed.

First time here and I have to say was not impressed with the seating or the timing. The tickets said 7.30 and to allow plenty of time to get into the arena. We got there around 6.45 and as we did not know which entrance...More

Thoroughly enjoyed Neil Diamond but the evening was marred by the appalling seating. My wife is 5' 6" and found the seats uncomfortable. I am just over 6' and found it impossible to sit comfortably at all during the show. When seated facing the front...More

This was our second visit to this venue yesterday. We had previously vowed never to return to it, but wanted to see Neil Diamond again and this was the venue this time! The second visit has not improved our opinion of the place. Being seated...More

I would pre book; that way you just drive straight in and out without having to get a ticket or queue at pay kiosks. It’s all done on number recognition when you drive in so it’s much quicker especially when lots of people... More

Lower tier 3 has many rows, I think it goes up to row T. On your ticket it will say the block number, then the row and seat number.
