To celebrate the 100 years of Disney we went to the event at the Genting Arena - we paid for express parking and would do this again, straight in and out, missing the queues, it's about a 10 minutes brisk walk to the arena from the car parks. Genting arena is fairly large but well signposted inside, there are an... More

Our first visit to this venue for the Frankie Valli and Four Seasons concert. The venue is amazing and the staff ready and willing to help and advise. The only downside why are the footbridge and the underpass kept locked adding 15 to 20 minutes walk to the venue.

Flawless. The concert in Birmingham was superb. Mr. Valli in his 90th decade still reminds me of that girl I knew when I was 14. And still the songs have meaning now all these years later . However the Genting Arena has crowd issues: no security, one bar, one in and out. That was poor

First time visit to this venue to see Franki Valli and the Four Seasons. Well directed from the M42 and plenty of parking. Only £2 because we had a meal in world resorts and got the ticket validated. Bit of a queue and a wait outside before we got in so we were glad it wasn`t raining. Plenty of food... More

Visited the Genting Arena with our grandchildren for Disney on Ice on Easter Sunday. We have been to adult events here previously and was very impressed with the venue . Very disappointing facilities for the children. Hardly any of the food outlets were open so queues at the few were ridiculous. Many of the food outlets were closed with Disney... More

Went to see Russell Howard in March but I always find it difficult to rate an arena. I enjoyed Russell's performance immensely but it was slightly marred as I found the staff rather rude and unhelpful. Overall, the venue serves its purpose but I can't really sing its praises.

Saw Franki Valli. At the Genting Arena last night and what a fantastic night it was. He may be in his eighties now but a two hour set with no interval takes some doing. Nice arena and good crowd.

First visit to the Genting Arena and what a great experience. No queues no pushing and shoving plenty of eating and drinking venues inside the hall. Staff everywhere to help. Very Very well organised well done.
