This status has always been in Broadgate for as long as I can remember. The clock close by is fascinating and signifies a very important event in Coventry's history along with the peeping Tom story.

An impressive statue which has been in situ in Coventry city centre for many years. Celebrates one of the most important heroines of British as well as the cities heritage. Well worth seeing if you're in the area, located near to the cities cathedrals.

We visited Coventry Cathedrals and then came to see this Lady on the horse. Very large statue in the shopping area.

Be there on the hour so that you see the Peeping Tom window open. It is all a bit tame compared with the underwear adverts in the Primark store opposite!

Worth a visit for some photographs, but a shame there is nowhere nearby that explains the history behind Lady Godiva. While you are there take a look at the clock when it strikes on the hour to see peeping Tom.

The Statues and the story of Lady Godiva but the secret treasure is the clock across square. On the hour, the doors on the clock open and Lady Godiva goes on her ride and Peeping Tom takes a gander. It's a cute rendition of the...More
