This has some lovely walks through the park, a lake, plenty and wildlife and a good children area - but parking can be limited in good weather and it can get very crowded. Avoid a weekend and school holidays and it's much more relaxing or go when the kids are off if you prefer it busier.

We took our grand daughter to Coombe Abbey over the Easter holidays and had a delightful time on their Easter Egg Hunt. A simple £2:00 entry fee paid for a whole afternoons fun in the fresh air. Very simple idea that kept us all on our toes. She enjoyed collecting all the clues that enabled her unlock the safe at... More

We are regular visitors to this beautiful country park. It's a great place to take the family and picnic and we love the fact the dogs can come too!! There are plenty of woodland play parks and often extra events such as donkey rides! The wood carving club is wonderful and there is always something new to try. The wood... More

Beautiful park probably the best in Coventry. Make sure you Pay for Parking and thats literally the only cost. Except for the Ice Cream you'll be getting from inside :)

We've been visiting Coombe Abbey since the kids were in pushchairs, and at 9 and 6 there's still time plenty to keep them occupied. By the car park there's good conker hunting at the right time of year, a playground, a cafe as well as the visitor centre and shops. There are also plenty of picnic benches with metal stands... There is plenty of things what you have to do. Local shops, ice cream, walking around things, and watching the wildlife. You can do a B&B too if you want to.
