Hi Jane, At present the Cafe is still closed. As AH49 has said, we do occasionally have a 'pop up' cafe running, organised by the Cliffe Castle park Conservation group whilst we wait for the work to be finished in the park... More

I am originally from Keighley but moved away 10 years ago. I remember there being a bee hive where you could see the bees and learn about how they make honey,there was also a greenhouse full of cacti and there were peacocks and animals to look at. are any of these things still there? or is it just the house and museum?

Hi Emily! We do still have a beehive - although the bees are currently away for the winter, they'll soon be back upstairs buzzing away. The greenhouse and animal houses are currently in the midst of a HLF funded project... More
