A great place to go with my grandchildren. Opportunity to dissect a bull's eye - not done that since my schooldays! Children's interactive gallery really good. Need to visit again 'cos couldn't fit everything in! Will return.

It is next to St James' Hospital. Great for children. But you will find out there's no decent car park near by.

I spent four hours going round...necessary to thoroughly view all the interesting displays. Especially liked the sound and sensory experience of the awful public health problems in Victorian towns. Some exhibits not working but the museum is have a partial refurb. Nice cafe with light...More

Hi yes the museum is fully accessible with a lift to all floors and level access toilets.

We are open every Bank Holiday. Our opening hours are 10am-5pm seven days a week.
