Went with my family to see Running Wild. Three generations thoroughly enjoyed the show and the theatre. Very accessible. Super friendly and very helpful box office staff and loved the free water dispenser on the bar! It's a simple thing but such a great idea when out with kids (not every child wants a fruit shoot!)

I cannot fault the excellence of the artistic work which is presented at the WestYorkshire Playhouse in Leeds. This piece is of more interest to people with disabilities. If you are being driven into the city particularly from the M1 there is only one& directing you to the Playhouse. More are needed Secondly,, the entry to the disabled car parking... More

We reguolarly go to the playhouse, but ot depends on what they have to offer. Having not been for a while and wanting to get away from the TV, we chose to go see Pigmallion. Well what a strange experience that was. The curtain went up and we were asailed by a cacophoney of different voices coming from diferent actors,not... More

Lovely intimate venue in which you feel very close to the stage. Highly enjoyable evening (with a good range of ice creams!).

Wow what a fabulous cafe/restaurant. The large salad as a main is a must-very healthy and very fresh and tasty. Customer base is quite old so felt quite young 😀

We have been twice in the last 2 weeks to see Cyrano and Pygmalion. Both totally different but excellent. The shows were in the smaller courtyard theatre which is very intimate, especially if you sit on row c which is our favourite. It almost at eye level for the actors. We also ate in the restaurant which is very good... More

Went to see Pygmalion which was a world away from a production I saw over 20 years ago. Visited the Theatre a number of times and have found it one of the most comfortable I have visited. Good size seat and with plenty of leg room which is very important to ensure good comfort.

I go to the West Yorkshire playhouse as often as possible. There isn't a single seat with a bad view however much you pay. They have a great variety of entertainment from classics to stand up comedians. Occasional audiences with playwrites. I have been disappointed with the catering but I haven't tried it recently so hopefully it has improved. There... More

I've been here a few times over the years and i really really do enjoy it. I went recently with my girlfriend and we seen The Witches. It was bloody great and the acting was just top. We both really enjoyed it and for the price it's well well worth a visit.

Took my children aged 6 and 7 to see The Sheep Pig on Wednesday night. (15.2.17) The theatre seats were comfortable, there were plenty of toilets and ice cream was on sale in the theatre as well as foyer at the interval. The play was fantastic and there was a great energy in the theatre. Definitely be on the lookout... More
