Very good course for golfers of various skill levels ( ranging from beginner to intermediate. A rather hilly course however (trolley recommended when playing). Very friendly members and staff

Played a round of golf today. Par 65 (won't say what I got!). Quite a few par 3 holes. Bit of a bizarre course really with quite a number of holes cross-crossing each other so you have to watch out and wait for other people...More

Like all the municipal courses in Leeds they are poorly kept and have so called green keepers who must be council failed gardeners. Everything about the course is poor, greens, tees, fairways and bunkers.
The Golf course is OK - very good for a public course - but the woods, walks and views in and around Gotts Park are great. The park was designed by Humphrey Repton a famous landscape gardener and some of the original trees still exist....More
