this ancient long barrow has been partially excavated and it is possible to enter the first 5 chambers. interpretive board at entrance. short walk from nearest main road.

There are many burial mounds in the area, but this is the only one that showed signs of humans living there also. We went with Anderson Tours and Katia was excellent.
