Well worth a visit when in Salisbury. The house is a true home , with lots of photographs and artwork concerning his life. I even got to play his Steinway piano.

Former home of Sir Edward Heath that houses an art collection and furnishings. This great house was renovated and rebuilt in the early 18th century. Located in Cathedral Square it is a fine sight. Entrance fee to visit house, gardens £7. Shuts down over winter.

We wanted to visit here but on the days we were in Salisbury the house was not open. We had to look through the gates. A great pity!
