Walk from the Old Mill Pub at Harnham to the City visiting Elizabeth Gardens, the Cathedral etc. Beautiful views of Salisbury Cathedral. Look through the arch of the cottage adjacent the Old Mill to see a framed shot.

Walked the town path into Salisbury several times. The park at the end of the meadows is also lovely. Walking through the meadows we were lucky to see water voles one evening. The following morning we saw a small egret fishing watched for ages. Beautiful.

If you go past the pub after dark, look for the ducks that "parked" for the night! Lovely sight! Beautiful path toward the town.

Lovely walk from B&B into town, 10 minute stole, but so much wild life to see, safe a night to walk back to Harnham from City Centre

I found the Town Path from the Queen Elizabeth Gardens and wandered along it, through scenes of amazing tranquility. There is water everywhere, presumably the Avon River and its branches, and you hear the constant sound of it flowing beside lush green banks with many...More

This is a little slice of tranquility next to the small town of Salisbury. The walkway along this area is so peaceful and beautiful. You can hear the sheep in the nearby meadow and see Salisbury Cathedral in the distance, the bells going off now...More

If you ever want to spend 15 minutes unwinding and chilling out in a beautiful and serene environment then this is the place to go. Small waterways, good path and well lit at night, the views in this area are quite charming.
