Especially interesting in light of the royal wedding that just took place there. Lots of history but not as overwhelming as Westminster Abbey or St Paul’s Cathedral.

Beautiful architecture and an amazing building. The sculptures and details inside the chapel make it worth the time to have a look.

Absolutely terrific visit to Windsor Castle today, with St George’s Chapel probably the highlight of the day. Wish I’d researched it a bit more beforehand (have done now !) but a thoroughly engaging encounter with so much royal history. All brought into a modern context...More

It is a very beautiful inspiring place. Lots to learn about the history and kingdom. Famous people's tombs.

St George's Chapel was probably the highlight of visiting Windsor Castle. Unfortunately photography was not permitted inside and staff was focused mainly on moving visitors though quickly. Very ornate and impressive but without photos, the.details quickly faded from memory.

Visited during Windsor Castle tour. Please include it on your list. It can be quite crowded at time but well worth the visit .

Beautiful Chapel with a lot of atmosphere, many past royalty buried here. Felt rather hurried by the staff to move on through and it was not particularly busy!

Beautiful architecture and ambiance. Definitely worth the stop if visiting Windsor Castle. Didn't feel rushed despite the long lines to get inside.

This must be the most beautiful working chapel that I have ever seen. The chapel steeped in history. Take a guided tour and learn about the fascinating chapel.

The area has parking sites but very expensive. You will be arriving in December so this will be time for less tourists so should be easier to get in. Make sure you book in advance and get the tickets sent to you to avoid the... More
