Worcester Cathedral is an ancient Christian church with lots of historical interest and artefacts, artistic windows and other points of interest. There is no charge for entrance though donations are encouraged since the cathedral relies largely on income from the Christian community and visitors. As...More

Situated just off the centre of the city and right next to the river it is an incredible place to visit to take in historic Worcester not forgetting king John's tomb

Went on a guided tour. Very interesting and informative. Not too expensive. Well worth the money. Learn all about it's history including the story of King John, whose tomb is in the Cathedral.

Worcester Cathedral is a lovely place to visit with beautiful stained glass windows. On certain days you can take a walk up to the top of the Tower. The steps up the tower are very narrow and steep so you need to be fairly active....More

If visiting Worcester this is a must see !! Be it the Grave of King John from the 13th C to the wonderful stain glass windows.

Worcester Cathedral is well worth a visit, it's free to walk around but donations are requested and they do levy a fee for cameras £3., although I'm not sure how rigorously this is policed, I did seem to be the only person wearing a sticker...More
