The view from the top of the hill is really worth the cost . Can take amazing pictures from here and have a clear view of the seafront and of the whole town. It may be too expensive for a family with children.

We were unable to visit the Great Orme in Llandudno due to weather, but our visit here made up for it. A lovely walk along the promenade to reach the base, a short ride up and gorgeous views. Well worth the time.

The train is what you would expect of something over 100 years old! Our boys enjoyed the short journey stood on the front deck, cafe prices are what you would expect from a tourist place, my only complaint was that the camera obscures was advertised...More

Love this trip.... love the views as you go up. Value for money. Only very short journey. But such a steep climb.

It was fun going up this steep cliff and at the top is a cafe( which aloud dogs in) the bacon roll was delicious. The views are lovely, even on a windy day.

Loved the cliff railway. Very steep Great view as you slowly ascend. At the top there is a lovely cafe and some green area at the top to explore and see the beach around the corner.

It is not as concrete path, but made up of hard rock the type you would get in most woodland walks, but it can be loose stone. But with walking shoes) trainers should be fine

Didn’t see a dog on the train, wouldn’t see it as a problem
