A great night out is also a safe night out at Pier Pressure. It has been recognised as Best Club at Ceredigion's Best Bar None Awards 6 years in a row. Refurbished in September with pre-bookable booths, a VIP party area, 4K Ultra-HD screens, jaw-dropping sound, and custom designs throughout by renowned UK artist James Blinkhorn, Pier Pressure genuinely lives up to its reputation as the biggest, busiest, and best nightclub in Aberystwyth.

Average with specific type of music and it's the only club in Aber..imagine that. Prices are OK but the whole atmosphere of the club reminds more of a disco in 80's than a nightclub for university students.

Entry fees and prices depend on what night you go, I normally go on Tuesday's or Friday's because they're the cheapest. Music is cheesy so great if you like that sort of thing. Open until 3am so good if you want to stay out late.

Exactly what you'd expect. Has more positives the similar style clubs however. Friendly bouncers(rare). Gets busy but you can still move! Good mix of people and the toilets don't become unusable until 1am ish!!

It's alright. I mean, its the best club of its kind in Aber, but only for lack of other choices. The music will be Top 40 and cheesy/80s/school diso-esque tunes, so if that's your taste, then great! The building itself is nice, and there is...More

If you want cheap drinks then go here on a Friday, most drinks were £1.75 and it stays open late. Was a bit cheesy, but never struggled to get to the bar!

Great music, cheap enough to get in, somewhere me and my friends always end up on nights out. Easy access to the town and to other places. It closes a bit early though, would be great if it stayed open til 5am.

Visiting Aberystwyth for the first time, I came across this hole, that is the only thing i can describe it as, GRIM. Staff are rude and unwelcoming.
