An excellent cathedral right in the city centre. Very welcoming and well worth a visit. Have been there many times and always enjoyed the experience.

Bangor Cathedral is in the centre of Bangor close to the shops and cafes. It is a lovely peaceful oasis for some quiet moments of prayer and reflection.

Went to a Christmas Carol Service and it was Great! The Choir is Fab, and then you told stories which are so amusing they really make the whole thing just Great to hear!

Very gorgeous windows, lovely architecture and always welcoming. Very interesting, and a free must visit while you're in Bangor.

I was very warmly welcomed into such a magnificent place. I would strongly recommend visiting Bangor Cathedral. God bless all.

Compared with most cathedrals this is small- but it makes up for with a welcome, no charge and colourful displays. Remembrance displays were up and prayer steps for children were all interesting. Volunteers were not pushy.
