The view from the top of the cliff is excellent and gives a really good view of Holyhead port and the surrounding area. Its position is very urban now, rather different to when the monument was erected but it explains how Holyhead developed.

Easy to get to as it's in town for a nice view of the area. The climb is steep, but not far. Also gives a bit of the areas history.
