It was so busy when we went but the staff were exceptional always polite and friendly and extremely efficient,as in all cinemas food and drink is very expensive,don’t know why they don’t drop prices then people would purchase there instead of taking their own.

Took the family to see Paddington 2. Was the sat before Christmas 2017. Was busy, but there was no staff. Waited c.30 mins to get a drink and sweets so missed the stsrt of the movie. Rubbish really. The volume of people queuing was insane.
Typical in the respect of drinks and food £2.60 500ml bottle of Dr Pepper, on the chin perfectly chilled etc. Hot dog was bad and bread was beyond dry almost crunchy was really disappointed given the cost of £5.50.
