We are a small buisness and have an exeptionally situated terrace on the river front with great views of the hills above us, and have a great choice of traditional pub-grub on our menu board, also on the wet side of things, there is a great choice of cask conditioned ales and ciders so come and try one or all of them.

Despite a board outside saying 'Sunday lunch served 12-3' when we went in at 2.30pm we were told the chef was on holiday and no food was available. There should not be an advert outside for food if this is not the case.

A little neglected to look at on the outside but inside its light and modern and THE place to come if you like real ales. The garden area where we sat was brilliant, the wall is the border between the river and the pub. Great...More

Very friendly, traditional pub with an amazing selection of real ales both local and national. External appearance belies the jewel inside

Don't judge a pub by the outside! As member of Camera I seek out places to have a real ale pint and found this (by mistake). Great selection of 6 ales on offer. Lovely outside area with new seating, overlooking the river. Ok so the...More

When you're looking for something to do of an evening, come on here for a pint. It has sky sports, pool and darts. A recent refurb gives the pub an airy modern feel.
