It seems ridiculous to site the tourist information inside Cardiff castle gift shop. We have just been shouted at by ticket office staff as we made our approach towards the tourist information desk without a castle ticket. Such a shame as it's our first negative...More

The man working there was unable to give us any type of information! He couldn't give us a map, (so you can't imagine about the advice) he was not even looking at us in the eyes... Why is he working in such a place ???

Nice set-up in the Millennium Center, good place to buy souvenirs without all the honky-tonk. And you can collect information to educate your visit.
