Lovely way to travel to Cardiff Bay from the castle area. Was staying nearby the castle and had planned to bus to the Bay, took boat on a whim and didn't regret it. Boat staff were so friendly.

I did the journey from and to bute park. The boats were on time and staff was nice. The commentary is a plus and good to learn a bit more about your surroundings.

The 20 minute ride was pleasant and provided cover from the Sun. A great way to see some of the city sights from a very different perspective. But we did struggle to hear the commentary a little but well worth doing

This is well worth doing, a great way to see some of the city sights from a very different perspective. It’s quite expensive which is the down side, however the amount of swans and sights you see make it worthwhile-at least once

Have said for years that we should take the boat trip from the castle gardens down to the bay.... and we finally did it this year. Nice relaxing journey although the "tourist" commentary was a little disjointed as we sailed down river and must have...More

The 20 minute ride was pleasant and provided cover from the rain. At 4 pounds it was the same price as the cab we had to take back to downtown Cardiff since the boat could not return due to heavy winds and currents. An interesting...More
